Manuela Šola was born in 1978 in Bjelovar. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she studied at the School of Personal and Organizational Development, the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) and the Cotrugli Business Academy. She founded one of today’s leading communication agencies in the region, the Communication Laboratory, in 2004, and a few years later she expanded her business to Serbia.
She is an active member of a number of relevant professional and business associations such as the Croatian Employers’ Association, where she is the President of the Supervisory Board, Vice President of the Croatian Association of Marketing Communication Societies (HURA!) And a member of the Croatian Public Relations Association. She is also the president of the Commission for the Development of Civil Society in the City of Zagreb. The Communication Laboratory under the leadership of Manuela Šola is one of the co-founders of the regional network of SEEnthesis agencies.
The school was selected as an ambassador for women’s entrepreneurship within the Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors project. The Croatian Association of Managers – CROMA, recognized her work and awarded her Anton Nino Cerin with the award for the best young manager in 2009.
The Communication Laboratory offers an integrated service of public relations, event organization and communication on social networks. It employs 20 professionals, and the respectable list of clients includes the world’s leading companies such as Nestlé Adriatics, Zalando, PlayStation, Glovo, Infinum, McDonald’s, De’Longhi and many others.
