Kareem is an Operations Executive at Amazon. Based in London UK, he is responsible for leading one of the largest and technologically advanced Robotics Fulfilment Centers in the EU enabled with advanced robotics technology and machine learning.
He is an operations and major program management expert with deep expertise in the selection, investment, development, and operation of large scale industrial and logistics networks and previously headed the launch and expansion of the Amazon Logistics network in the UK.
Kareem started his career as a Chemical Engineer in the energy industry with Shell working across multiple geographies. He then pursued a Masters of Business Administration at Oxford University prior to joining Amazon. Kareem has a passion for youth development, volunteering, and is former Vice Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.
