Ana Lalić is Higher Education Department Manager at Integral Educational Programmes, a leading educational consultancy supporting students from South-Estern Europe in accessing and succeeding at universities around the world for over 30 years. With a background in pedagogy, international education, and languages, she works at the intersection of student aspirations, higher education, and a rapidly changing educational landscape.
Ana advises high-achieving students applying to some of the world’s leading universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and other highly selective institutions. Alongside leading a team of consultants counselling students on university admissions and academic pathways, she provides guidance on longer-term education and career decisions, increasingly helping students navigate concerns about how AI may reshape the careers they are preparing for and the skills they will need in the future.
In her current role, Ana also works on higher education strategy, university partnerships, student recruitment, and the development of new educational services. Her work gives her a close view of what students and families value in a university education and how those expectations are changing as AI transforms access to knowledge, learning, and the world of work.
She holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Swedish Language from the University of Zagreb and is passionate about exploring how education must evolve when access to knowledge is no longer its defining advantage.
