Filip is founder and president of organization O.A.ZA.
Currently, he is the main trainer in a national project „Bridge to success” responsible to educate 150 young people how to become social entrepreneurs. He is also coordinator and expert trainer in the global project „Joyful Leadership” developed with international experts in order to provide cutting-edge education for aspiring and rising leaders. Has been a Croatian coordinator for the Sustainware project with 8 global partners, part of European Environment and Health Youth Coalition initiated by WHO.
