Luka is both a private entrepreneur and a professional manager at the same time. He is a co-owner of the Terra Sportiva startup and one of the conceptual creators of the Flou platform. In this start-up, Luka is in charge of market research, technology development, business planning and business analysis. He lives for the success of this company and the realization of his vision that Flou becomes the primary channel for users who seek the light of active life in the digital world.
Since July 2014, Luka has been a part of the Croatian Post as a professional manager, where he was initially responsible for establishing project management, then for improving business processes, and from the summer of 2017, the director of the Development Department focused on technological innovations and the introduction of new services. It is necessary to mention that Luka, as a project manager in Croatia, is responsible for digitizing all key internal and user-oriented processes, including the development of a new basic IT system.
After graduating from Radiocommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, he worked as a strategic and technical consultant for renowned multinational companies Deloitte and Ericsson. He specialized in the telecommunications and postal sector, through strategic development, innovation, project management and process improvement. Before joining the Croatian Post, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Organization and Management at the Faculty of Economics.
