Maja is Customer insights manager in A1 Croatia who leads all data science projects and activities initiated by Business transformation sector.
After finishing the Faculty of Economics and Business, Maja worked a couple of years in accounting and finance but also developed quantitative and presentation skills working as an associate at Department of Statistics at Faculty. Switch to data science happened by joining to one of the biggest banks in Croatia. Five years of experience in customer analytics, predictive analytics, campaign management, big data technologies and projects led to the ideal combination of business knowledge and technical skills which she is now applying in the telco world.
