Alessandra Mariani is Global Marketing Lead (Music Vertical) at TikTok and Co-Chair of Women@TikTok Europe. She joined the company in 2020, starting in London before moving to Milan, where she helped shape TikTok’s positioning – first in advertising as Head of Brand Strategy for Southern Europe, and later in the music space. In her current role, she leads global campaigns for new product features, drives music user positioning initiatives, and builds partnerships with industry leaders such as Spotify and Apple Music.
Alessandra is also an international public speaker, with appearances including TEDx and AdWorld. In 2025, she was recognized on Billboard’s Branding Power Players list. She is a proud alumna of the University of East Anglia, where she completed both her undergraduate degree as well as her MSc in Brand Leadership.
