Alma Džafić is a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, where she is also pursuing a PhD in psychology. Her research interests include rationality and decision-making in the workplace, the use of emerging digital technologies in employee selection, and the future of work. As a member of Gen Z herself, with experience in the private, nonprofit, and higher education sectors, she brings both a research and an early-career perspective to conversations about how the world of work is changing and how employee expectations are shifting alongside it.
