A passionate brand strategist and marketer, Ashwitha has more than 10 years of experience in brand communication and management. Recognized for building, leading, and managing extensive strategies, she has international experience in diverse industries, and enterprises – from startup and SME (small and medium enterprise) to IDE (innovation driven enterprises).

Besides her profession, she is also an ardent advocate for social causes such as gender and racial equity. Currently, she is heading the Women’s ERG at adidas that aims to elevate the voices and equity of women in the organization.

In her leisure time, she likes to travel and explore different cultures and traditions that inspire her to think creatively and broaden her horizons – professionally and personally.
