She gained her experience by studying and working in numerous European countries, in the field of marketing, communication, international consulting and by managing profit and non-profit organizations. Carmen is the person who manages service design projects from market research to testing and implementation.
She is the one who connects all the dots, puts together the project team for each project, and takes care that the project is executed within the agreed deadline.
As a certified service designer, she implements innovation tools and conducts trainings with the aim to help people and institutions achieve their full potential.
