Dubravka Štefanac started her career in 2002 during her studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in the then largest media company Europapress Holding. She managed the marketing communications of the Siemens company with a focus on the B2B segment and was the head of the marketing and public relations department in the FMCG industry. For ten years in the company dm-drogerie markt, she held the position of marketing and public relations manager, where she achieved numerous achievements in project management. In addition to achievements in brand reputation management and strategic communication, Dubravka was also responsible for some of the most successful marketing and communication projects in the retail segment, such as loyalty and CRM programs, as well as employer branding. Since 2019, she has been the director of corporate communications at A1 Croatia, where she manages the internal and external communications of a company with almost 2.000 employees in an extremely dynamic industry. In addition to managing the team and external agencies, she is also responsible for managing the company’s ESG segment and the employer branding strategy.
