Josipa Poduška is a psychology graduate with more than ten years of experience in human resources management. She currently serves as Head of Organizational Effectiveness at KONČAR d.d., where she leads the team responsible for recruitment, employee development, and fostering an organizational culture that supports business objectives, innovation, and long-term growth.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous strategic projects focused on transforming and developing the HR function within the KONČAR Group, including talent management initiatives and the implementation of HR information systems.
Before joining the industrial sector, she worked in career guidance and as a psychologist in the education system, gaining a broad perspective on people’s development across different stages of life and their careers.
She continues to develop her expertise through training in leadership, coaching, organizational culture, and team management.
