Karla Lončarić Bašić is a psychologist and HR professional with experience across recruitment, employer branding, talent relations, and early-career programs. As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Infobip, she works with talent across different career stages, giving her a broad perspective on how different generations approach work, career development, and employers. As a co-founder of the mental health association kako si? and a cognitive behavioral therapy trainee, she brings together her HR experience and psychological background to offer a people-centered perspective on today’s workplace.
