Luka Mavretić graduated in Dramaturgy from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. His work spans literature, playwriting, screenwriting, creative production and documentary filmmaking. He is the author of the acclaimed film Being Related to John Malkovich and several poetry collections.
He has worked in marketing since 2017, gaining experience and expertise at the agencies Utorak. Biro za propagandu and Imago Ogilvy. He has received numerous individual honours and awards for his artistic work, while in the communications industry he has helped the agencies he worked for win all the major national and regional awards, as well as several international ones. Since 2026, that list has also included a Bronze Lion from Cannes.
He is now the co-owner and creative director of his own creative agency, jedno cijelo tri.
