Matija Posavec brings over a decade of dynamic experience in the beauty industry, currently holding the position of Sales Director for L’Oréal Luxe brands in the Adriatic region. His journey within L’Oréal began as a Retail Education Manager for Croatia before transitioning to Product Manager and later Brand Business Director for Kiehl’s, where he led the brand’s expansion into five new markets, establishing 11 physical stores and 4 web sites. With a strategic mindset and a passion for driving sustainable practices, Matija Posavec has not only excelled in sales and brand management but also launched initiatives to integrate sustainability into business operations. Now, as he prepares to take the stage at LEAP Summit for his debut public speech on sustainable development in the beauty industry, Matija Posavec is eager to share his insights and experiences, aiming to inspire action and drive positive change within the industry.
