Sandra Ferencak (Tetka)

Personal Finance Blogger & Educator

Although I have spent most of my career in corporate finance, I’ve dealt very little with personal finance, especially my own. That changed when I reached 40 and the issues of retirement and the financial future in general began to interest me more. In the absence of domestic content, I started writing a blog around 8 years ago.

The key aspect of my work is financial freedom, which I consider the most important form of all freedoms. I consider financial management to be a critical life skill and through my writing I try to raise awareness of its importance in everyday life.

My blog is visited by people aged 25-55, and the topics vary from household budget management and savings to investing. What started as a passion project, today is growing more and more into a serious business, as it includes personal finance workshops, seminars and individual coaching. This year I published a book (co-authored with Toni Milun and Toni Vitali) called “Be Financially Fit”, the first 5,000 copies sold out in just 40 days.
