Snježana Miliša is an electrical engineer, program manager, and co-founder of Merlin Hat, with more than 30 years of experience across the electrical engineering, automotive, energy, and finance sectors. She was Program Manager for the Rimac Nevera from its inception, leading the coordination of a highly complex international development programme that brought the electric hypercar from an ambitious concept to a globally homologated customer product. In 2023, she was named Croatian Female Engineer of the Year. Today, through Merlin Hat, Snježana works with deep-tech companies and startups on complex product development, programme execution, and organisational growth, helping teams navigate technical complexity and turn ambitious ideas into products that can reach the market.
