Tamara Bukvić Jandrok holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has over ten years of experience in the field of human resources management. She began her career during her studies, focusing on developing the strategic role of HR within organizations. Her first professional experience was at Podravka, after which she further developed her leadership competencies at ACG Europe.
She has spent most of her career in production systems and is currently serving as the HR Manager for Supply Chain & SU Adriatic Cluster at Nomad Foods, where she leads the HR Business Partnering segment for supply chain functions at the regional level, including Ledo plus in Croatia.
In addition to her professional experience, she continuously invests in her education — she completed a postgraduate program in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and is currently attending the School of Cybernetics and Systemic Psychotherapy.
