Tanja Jurin

Clinical Psychologist

Associate Professor Tanja Jurin, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and an associate professor at the Chair of Health and Clinical Psychology, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. She currently serves as Head of the University of Zagreb Student Counselling Centre and is the Director and Co-founder of the Nit Psychological Centre.

She specialised in clinical psychology and holds a PhD in the field. She has also completed training in cognitive behavioural therapy and has been a licensed sex therapist since 2013. In recognition of her contribution to the popularisation of science and her efforts to make professional knowledge accessible to the wider public, she received the Croatian State Award for Science.

At the Nit Psychological Centre, she provides counselling and therapy to individuals and couples, focusing on improving mental health and the quality of intimate relationships, as well as addressing sexual difficulties and disorders.
