Filip is the founder and president of OAZA NGO and co-founder of OAZA Joyful Kitchen social enterprise.
He is dedicated to empowering a new generation of young leaders who will be the architects of the future.
Currently, he is leading OAZA NGO and OAZA Joyful Kitchen social enterprise and facilitating different educations for young people.
He is the main trainer in a national project „Bridge to Success” where he educated more than 400 young people on how to become social entrepreneurs. He is also the coordinator and expert trainer in the global project „Joyful Leadership” developed with international experts in order to provide cutting-edge education for aspiring and rising leaders.
