LEAP-Summit-OC

Due to the bigger scope and bigger plans for LEAP Summit 2019 – LEAP Summit OC is looking for people ready to join LEAP team on voluntary engagement in the planning phase.

Planning phase starts from 1st November 2018 and it lasts for five months.

We are looking for creative, proactive and organized young people ready for new challenges! Designers, marketing gurus, creative individuals, programmers, and other ambitious people are fully welcome!

What I will be doing? 

We have many teams where you can show your skills and bring additional value to the LEAP.

• Agenda team is responsible for shaping the formal and nonformal agenda of the Summit. Agenda team has the task to bring amazing speakers and bring important themes for young people forward.
• At LEAP we have thousands of people from 40+ countries. Marketing team is responsible for LEAP communication and informing young professionals about the opportunity to participate in LEAP.
• International participants and partners are the big value of LEAP Summit. Team for international relations is shaping the relations with international stakeholders.
• Team for partnerships is in charge of forming and maintaining the relationship between Croatian stakeholders and LEAP Summit.

Is there working hours?

Actually no. At LEAP team we have people working in multinationals, university professors, freelancers, etc. A lot of things is done online. Usually, people invest their free time to help in the organization of LEAP Summit.  However, every one-two weeks we have physical meetings to check work-progress and exchange ideas.

What do I get from that?

Well, you will meet a lot of interesting people, learn new amazing things, be in touch with whole LEAP community – believe us LEAP will open you all doors!

Are you accepting only people from Croatia?

Unfortunately, in planning phase yes. We have meetings at various locations and that is why we prefer people from Zagreb, Croatia. We will have some open positions for internationals as well soon!
