Anita is HR professional with over 15 years of experience. She started her career in clinical psychology and counseling, and then entered the world of human resources where she worked in the variety of industries – IT, oil&gas, online sales, wholesale and agriculture. During her career she worked as HR Business Partner and in the center of expertise in different HR areas with focus on recruitment & development.
She a psychologist by profession and educator in the field of organizational psychology. In A1 Hrvatska she is leading projects in the area of talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion and employee engagement.
