CEO of consulting company AVELANT, Ariana is one of the most successful project managers in the region specialized in EU funding, public procurement and strategic advisory with over 1,8 billion euro of the project portfolio. She published the 1st national web-portal on EU funding (www.eu-projekti.info), opened the 1st EU funding VET school (Učilište EU PROJEKTI – Adult Education Institute), wrote the 1st book on preparation and implementation of projects financed by European Structural and Investment Funds and is responsible for the EU funding segment of the largest Croatian infrastructure project – Road Connection to South Dalmatia a.k.a. Peljesac Bridge project.
