Ernest Vlacic, PhD, MBA, college professor, head of e-Leadership MBA study program on University College ALGEBRA. After 15 years of corporate management and leadership experience mostly with DANIELI SpA, he has founded the RTDI organization NOVAMINA CIT which deals with conceptualisation, development and commercialisation of technology based products and services. He also acts as a president of Thematic Innovation Council in Energy and Sustainable Environment and member of National Croatian Innovation Council. His research and teaching work is focused on the areas of Strategy and Innovation Management, as well as national innovation industrial policies.
