Ivan Štefanić is the founding and executive director of TERA TEHNOPOLIS Ltd., a member of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, and Full Professor at Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek in the field of economics and entrepreneurship in agribusiness. Ivan is a specialist for IP protection and management and EU IP Helpdesk Ambassador. He is also Ambassador of Croatia in the Entrepreneurship Committee of the World Leader Summit. Under Ivan’s direction, TERA – a company specialized in technology transfer and business development has become a very efficient and well-reputed ‘one-stop-shop for technology-based entrepreneurs in the region. Since 2018 TERA is EIT Food HUB Croatia and as of 2020 TERA will coordinate the consortium of the Digital Innovation HUB TERA, the first DIH in Eastern Croatia which is focused on the digitalization of agriculture and food industry.
