Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Executive Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph, a global representative of the largest media platforms such as Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit, and Digital Turbine, which, through its own technology and expertise, builds a digital ecosystem that gives all advertisers access to the opportunities of digital platforms.
Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 with the goal of implementing Aleph’s global vision in the local market. This was followed by a successful restructuring of the company and subsequent growth. Thanks to these results, in 2022 the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs HUM – CROMA awarded her the Manager of the Year Award for medium-sized enterprises.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she has continuously advanced her skills in business management and leadership. Alongside an MBA from the IECD Bled School of Management, she completed the School for Personal and Organizational Development, Facultas—a profound and comprehensive program in leadership, personal, and organizational development—as well as numerous international programs, such as Aleph Speaker Series at Stanford GSB Executive Education, MIT Presencing and Theory U, U.Lab: Transforming Business, Society and Self. In London, she completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, becoming an executive coach and a mindfulness- and neuroscience-based emotional intelligence leadership trainer.
Ivanka Mabić Gagić is also one of the co-founders of the LEAD.YOU association. As a lecturer, she is dedicated to sharing best practices in business development, marketing, and the cultivation of awareness, as well as personal and organizational leadership development, both in domestic and international educational institutions.
