Josipa Bracanov is inspiring young entrepreneur under 30. She has master degree in economics and has been working since she was sixteen. She had worked as an account manager for an IT company, but her love for food won. After needing a professional kitchen of her own, she came across the idea to open the first co-working kitchen in Croatia – Cook hub and soon Cook hub become number one destination for beginners in food industry. Josipa, also, organize culinary workshops and various events at the Fair in collaboration with company Enzita. In addition to this, Josipa and her business partner have started produce something new on the market – onion chutney.
