Karlo is 24y old Food technologist, entrepreneur and bonvivan. Growing up in a small mediterranean city near Zadar, Croatia gave him the passion for tasty and healthy food and laziness which pushed him towards innovating new processes for developing that kind of food on an easier, more economical and sustainable way. Karlo was president of Zadar regions student union and vice-president of Croatian youth organisation. At the moment he lives between Zadar and Zagreb where he is owner and CEO of little bit different bakery with 60 employees. He is active in Global Shaper by World Economic Forum community and organises Taste and travel festival and [email protected]: food in the digital age conference.
