During his 9 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, strategic planning, mentoring and in the banking sector, Laurat managed and led numerous projects in sales and process efficiency.
He currently leads the By-Youth-for-Youth pillar in the UNICEF Innovations Lab Kosovo where he empowers adolescents and youth to turn their ideas into actionable entrepreneurship projects and sustainable social enterprises, with a close focus on product and service innovation.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Prishtina and his master’s degree in Management and Strategy (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Sheffield, and is currently attending his PhD studies in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Osijek in Croatia.
