Born in 1981 in Munich Max has a diploma in Computer Science and Philosophy from Munich University, Auckland University of Technology as well as an MBA from Colombia Business School in New York city. Max joined the Boston Consulting Group as consultant in 2007 and soon discovered his passion for disrupting traditional industries through digitalization. In early 2015 Max joined FlixBus team as VP International Business and took on the task of expanding FlixBus beyond the DACH market. He drove the internationalization of the business to Italy, France, BeNeLux, Nordics, and CEE from the beginning and is now managing teams in Zagreb, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and Stockholm.
