As an experienced and senior executive, Mladen is in charge of Atlantic Grupa transformation programmes and Information/Communication technology. His Chairman position of Digital Agenda Council of AG puts him in driver’s seat for overall digital transformation and technology development in Atlantic. Mladen is Member of Strategic Management Council of Atlantic Grupa.
His expertise in digital was built throughout deep experience in the Technology Industry, from start-up phase of companies to tech giants. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mladen held various executive positions in 4 countries, primarily for Telekom Austria. In Operative companies he served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Velcom subsidiary in Belarus, as CTO of Vipnet in Croatia, CEO/CTO of Vip Operator in Macedonia and CEO/CTO of Vipnet Croatia On Group level his responsibilities included positions of President of Telekom Austria Group Technology Board and Chief Officer for Technology Development.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. He gained further business and managerial education at the prestigious schools: Harvard Business School, Chicago Booth School of Business and INSEAD.
Mladen is President Of Advisory Board of Rijeka University and Member of Executive Board of Croatian Ski Federation.
His spare time passion is music and he occasionally performs as a bass player in various bands.
