Nataša leads the Customer Services department in Lemax and as a member of the management team, her focus is on company strategy, building and developing teams and hiring great people. Today, Lemax has more than 80 employees. Her professional career started 15 years ago. When she was 26, she started her own business which is still active and successful today. Entrepreneurship was challenging, but also the path to fast personal growth. In 2011 she focused on the IT industry and joined Lemax, when the company had only ten employees. Lemax (www.lemax.net) is a SaaS company transforming the tourism industry through developing its own software solution that helps clients around the world to focus more on providing a unique experience to their customers and less on paperwork. She organizes the ICT Supergirls (https://ictsupergirls.lemax.net/) conference every year that aims to encourage and empower girls and young women to consider their studies and careers in the growing field of ICT. She is also one of the founders of the Mentoring Byte (https://www.mentoringbyte.com/) program, which is a voluntary initiative focused on connecting mentors with IT professionals. Developing business, winning new markets, innovation & new ideas, socially responsible projects and business excellence is what motivates her!
