Vlaho Hrdalo is a lawyer with over 12 years of PQE. In 2008 he graduated from University of Zagreb, Faculty of law obtaining the master of law degree. He passed the bar exam in 2011 with an 86% score.
Soon after he finished the university interdisciplinary specialist studies in Diplomacy organized by the University of Zagreb and the Ministry of Foreign and European affairs of Croatia with the final thesis on digital privacy. He is teaching Consular law at the University of Zagreb.
Vlaho Hrdalo has been a certified court interpreter of English for the past 14 years and the Chairman of Croatian association for blockchain and cryptocurrencies (UBIK.hr).
He is currently finishing his PhD studies in company law and commercial law with the disertation on smart contracts. Vlaho Hrdalo is the author of several research papers of which ‘Terrorism and insurance from that risk’ was introduced into the Library of the Croatian Parliament in May 2018.
In 2019 he finished a course at the University of Pennsylvania on Privacy Law and Data Protection. In 2020 he inititated the establishing of the Legal tech working group with the Croatian Bar Association after which he was voted its first president. He is a regular speaker at international conferences among which are the one organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Zagreb (May 2018), Blockchain Roundtable by the European Commission and the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies in Brussels (October 2018) and the Annual Meeting of the European bank for the reconstruction and development (EBRD) held in Sarajevo in May 2019, LegalTech conference on law and technology (June 2019) as well as Fintech Inn (Vilnius, November 2019) and TMRW Conf (Belgrade 2022).
Vlaho Hrdalo is an experienced executive who has been successfully running his law firm for over 10 years as well as an association of more than 300 members for the third consecutive term.
