Integrated marketing campaign expert, sometimes a brand guardian, strategist but also a bookworm, history buff and a fan of great music.
Highly motivated and curious with numerous professional interests, Željka has over 18 years of experience in product development, intellectual property protection and marketing communications. She started her career in tourism, but continued it in marketing and immediately fell in love with it. For the bigger part of her career, she worked in major Croatian FMCG companies such as Getro, Mercator and Konzum, where she worked on product development, intellectual property protection, promotional and tactical campaigns, as well as on major brand campaigns. Prior to joining Algebra LAB, she worked at Vipnet / A1 Croatia on defining and implementing marketing strategy and coordinating internal and external communications for all Vipnet/A1 brands with an emphasis on the youth brand “Nema da nema”. She was also the interim head of the Marketing Communications Department for Sponsorship and Events and Trade Marketing.
Željka has many big projects behind her, but also various smaller projects that are just as dear to her.
One of the projects that she is particularly proud of is the rebranding of Vipnet to A1, where she had the role of stream owner for Brand and Marketing communications and she coordinated the process of implementation of A1 brand through all ATL and BTL channels and touchpoints.
